After successfully working his way up in the fine dining industry to owning his own restaurant, Oliver decided to fulfill his dream of becoming a captain and purchased the sailing vessel Freyja in 2019. She needed a lot of work and Oliver spent the next two years meticulously rebuilding the classic Kady Krogen 38 cutter to her original glory.
